MLink Test Manager is designed based on the existing MLink platform and addresses the operational requirements of crash-test users who need to control multiple high-speed cameras, manage test data, review camera images, configure image quality, and automate test workflows from a single interface. For automotive crash-test laboratories, this can reduce manual camera operation, simplify post-test data handling, improve traceability, and make the overall testing workflow more consistent and efficient.

Example Workflow
Before the Crash Test
- Register and manage test information.
- Assign registered cameras to specific camera positions.
- Configure important recording parameters.
- Display and check the images from all cameras.
- Review and confirm the field of view of each camera.
- Configure the download range.
- Edit T0 before downloading if necessary.
- Set a default download range in advance if required.
- Prepare the cameras for recording through the ARM function.
During the Crash Test
- Receive an ARM command signal through the digital I/O board.
- Output a recording-ready signal.
- Coordinate with external equipment such as the towing device and lighting equipment through digital I/O.
- Use Auto Process to start recording and automatically download data based on signal input/output through DIO.
After the Crash Test
- Download the recorded data.
- Save video files according to the test number and camera position.
- Adjust the image quality of MCF files.
- Compare images before and after image-quality adjustment.
- Record the history of image-quality adjustments.
- Transfer files to a shared server.
- Store test data using an ISO-MME-compatible folder structure.
- Support data transfer to analysis software compatible with the relevant standard.
