eMpulse is excited to introduce our multi station damper tester. Capabilities include: damper durability testing with high-force servoelectric actuation, multi-station testing with active electronic damper control, and integrated sample cooling and environmental conditioning capable.
The multi-station damper test system combines high-force servoelectric actuation with advanced active damper control on a single platform. Twelve channels of Continuous Damping Control (CDC) and six channels of Magnetorheological (MR) damper control enable simultaneous damper testing of multiple dampers across six stations. Independent force-controlled side loading at each station replicates real-world chassis loading conditions, providing a comprehensive solution for damper development, characterization, and validation.
