Tire development and testing are critical for reducing carbon emissions and improving road safety. However, measuring a tire at full speed is a difficult task for test labs. That is why tire R&D relies on simulation to predict tire behavior under road conditions. In this test, ARAMIS measures the tire's strain map during speed-up. The strain map shows areas of high stress, which helps validate the simulation and understand real-life conditions.
