Motile - 3 Surface Combo
The MOTILE 3-in-1 Surface combines three distinct road profiles into one compact, modular testing system. Each section introduces a different level and type of vehicle input, allowing quality and engineering teams to expose Buzz, Squeak, and Rattle (BSR) conditions during a single controlled test pass.
By transitioning the vehicle across multiple surface profiles, the 3-in-1 creates varying levels of vibration, movement, and suspension input that can reveal noises that may not appear on ordinary pavement.
Portable, customizable, and repeatable, the MOTILE 3-in-1 can be deployed where testing is needed, from assembly plants and repair facilities to engineering centers and proving grounds.
