Pickering Interfaces’ 40-310-001 is a high-voltage PXI switching module designed for applications requiring reliable switching of high-voltage signals within automated test systems. Featuring eight SPST reed relays, the module can hot switch up to 750 V peak and cold switch up to 1000 V peak.

For automotive test and verification, the module is well suited to applications such as cable harness insulation testing, circuit isolation and other high-voltage testing requirements. Fast operating speeds of less than 0.5 ms also make it suitable for automated test systems where test throughput is important.

The 40-310/320 family is available in general-purpose relay and multiplexer configurations with eight or 16 high-voltage channels. High-quality dry reed relays with RFI suppression provide reliable operation and long service life, while compatibility with both PXI and Pickering LXI modular chassis provides flexibility when building scalable automotive test systems.
