This controller has four analog control outputs,
including a COLA output to sync external equipment, two digital control
outputs, and 16 BNC input channels with sample rates up to 256 kHz. Engineers
can run multiple VR10500s independently on separate shakers or rack mount them
for high-channel-count projects. In addition to single-axis control, this
controller can drive two shakers in phase, multiple shakers with independent
output loops (without phase control), and three-axis systems without
cross-coupling or correlation.
The VR10500 operates with the VibrationVIEW software on a
standard PC or laptop. No special boards or PC drivers are required; simply
connect via an Ethernet cable. VibrationVIEW is an innovative software program
for setting up and safely controlling vibration shaker tests and generating
custom reports. Customers can configure VibrationVIEW for as many or as few
test modules as they like (à la carte). This program includes a robust report
builder that automatically produces presentation-ready, sophisticated reports
at the end of a testing sequence.
