pDAQ is a rugged, programmable data acquisition and control unit built for vehicle and component testing. It combines the functions of a data logger, a relay control box, and a telemetry gateway in a single sealed enclosure. The unit acquires data on CAN FD, LIN 2.2, Ethernet, USB, and analog channels, and supports UDS, J1939, FMS, HTTP, and MQTT. Three AEC-Q200 qualified relays switch loads up to 20 A at 12 V, so test logic running on the onboard Linux system can act on measurements in real time for closed-loop and endurance testing. pDAQ is tested to ISO 16750, meets CISPR 25 for EMC, is sealed to IP54, and operates from -40 to 85 C. An optional cell modem and GNSS receiver add live telemetry and position for track, proving ground, and fleet programs. Specifications, datasheet, and demo requests are at p-daq.com. See pDAQ at booth T1461.
