Rinat has 15 years of experience in leading change in innovation and strategy, with a focus on embedded software and systems; expanding business/product development with a tech-centric approach, fostering partnerships and standardization; enhancing operation within embedded software and systems engineering, ensuring peak team performance and product excellence. Since 2024 he has been vice president of software-defined vehicle at Tata Technologies. Prior to that, he was director of product, embedded systems and software at AEVA; director of embedded systems at Vector North America; and director of embedded systems at BMW Group.
