Tom Li is a Research and Development Engineer at the ACE Climatic Wind Tunnel and a Master of Applied Science graduate from Ontario Tech University. He has received the NSERC CGS-M national scholarship and won the 2022 Canadian Society for Mechanical Engineering National Design Competition in Technical Prowess. With expertise in vehicle single- and multi-phase fluid interactions, Tom focuses his research on vehicle aerodynamics and ADAS sensor soiling in adverse weather. By advancing methods for vehicle soiling testing and evaluation, he supports the broader goal of accelerating the development of fully autonomous vehicles.
