Call for Speakers & Technical Contributions

Get involved

Automotive Testing Expo, part of Vehicle Tech Week North America, invites testing, validation, simulation, and systems engineering professionals to contribute to a collaborative forum where vehicle development disciplines converge. We are seeking technical presentations that explore how “shift‑left” strategies are redefining the connection between UX, autonomous intelligence, functional safety, and powertrain development. Contributions are encouraged across ADAS validation, simulation environments, NVH measurement, 800V thermal testing, AI‑in‑the‑loop development, and software‑defined testing architectures. This expo brings cross‑sector expertise together to enable shared learning and practical collaboration around the tools and methodologies accelerating smarter, faster, and more integrated vehicle development.

Submission Guidance

We welcome proposals that focus on applied testing and validation challenges, system‑level integration, and lessons learned from real development programs. Submissions may include case studies, toolchain strategies, simulation‑first workflows, V&V frameworks, or examples of how shift‑left principles are being implemented to improve speed, safety, and product confidence. Presentations should clearly define the engineering problem, the testing or validation approach used, and the resulting impact on development efficiency or system performance. If your work helps bridge domains and advance the transition toward simulation‑driven, software‑defined vehicle development, we encourage you to submit and contribute to the shared industry knowledge base.
