01 Exhibition Product

At the exhibition, CME displayed models of three equipment: vertical shock tester, horizontal shock tester and hydraulic vibration shaker. These three models not only restored the appearance and main structure of each equipment, but more importantly, they can realize simple action demonstrations and intuitively show customers the working principle of each product.

The vertical/horizontal shock tester model can be driven by air pressure, and the speed and acceleration of the shock can be controlled by adjusting the air pressure to simulate and demonstrate a small-scale shock environment. The hydraulic vibration shaker model uses electrical signals to control the surface to make a small-scale reciprocating motion in the vertical direction, simulating and demonstrating the vibration environment of the product.

03 Exhibition site

Our booth attracted numerous visitors from the automotive industry, particularly those interested in shock testing solutions for automotive parts and new energy. It is evident that reliability testing in the new energy sector will continue to be a trend in the coming years. We are excited to announce that we will soon launch a shock testing system targeting the R100 standard. Stay tuned!
