KRD12 series high energy horizontal shock test system simulates the shock damage that the product may be subjected to in actual use by means of the horizontal shock test in the laboratory. The high energy horizontal shock test system is a highly advanced computer-controlled pneumatic shock system that uses air pressure as the power source to generate shock and bump waveforms. The shock test system can perform conventional half-sine wave and post-peak sawtooth wave shock tests to achieve the shock wave and shock energy the product suffers in the actual environment, thereby improving the system or optimizing the packaging structure of the product. This equipment meets the requirements of MIL-STD-810F, IEC68-2-27 and other standards.
KRD12 series high energy battery shock test system is suitable for various battery testing procedures, meeting the battery testing standards such as UN38.3, IEC62281, IEC62133-2, UL2054, SAE J2464, SAE J2929, ISO12405-3, and UL2580. It is a fully automatic pneumatic driving shock test system, which is easy for maintenance. The system can perform classical half-sine battery test specifications, such as 16g@60ms, 24g@16ms, 25g@15ms, 30g@15ms, 50g@11ms, 50g@15ms, 150g@6ms, also the high-energy shock test especially for new-energy battery, in order to simulate shock energy that the product is subjected to in the actual environment. The purpose of the test is to ensure the safety and reliability of batteries and products.
