SMU 100-32U
The SMU 100-32U is a high-isolation module designed for dynamic cell voltage measurement on high potentials up to 1500 VDC, ideal for battery packs, fuel cells, and electrolyzers. It provides 32 channels, each with its own ADC (no multiplexing) and a sampling rate of 1 kS/s per channel, achieving precise and independent measurements. The measurement range is 0–5 V with an accuracy of ±1 mV. The module features galvanic isolation of 1500 VDC between channels, power supply, and interfaces, with a maximum transient voltage of 6 kV, and supports a maximum 60 V difference between channels within a group of 8. It uses high-voltage 4 mm banana inputs and is available in XL and XE versions with built-in EtherCAT bus coupling, enabling flexible integration into modular measurement systems.
