GOEPEL electronics shows powerful automotive test solutions at Automotive Testing Expo 2025

GOEPEL electronics is one of the leading innovation and development partners for the automotive industry. At this year's Automotive Testing Expo, we presented a wide range of powerful, intelligent automotive test technologies.

Video Dragon, combined with the intuitive Dragon Suite software, is a modular solution to test camera and display applications. It supports the current video transmission standards GMSL, FPD-Link, and MIPI A-PHY- and APIX including support for sideband protocols.

Series 62 multibus communication controllers are ready for residual bus simulations and for testing and programming ECUs of any complexity. Series 62 supports a variety of bus interfaces, including CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, FlexRay, and Automotive Ethernet.

The OsCAR EOL vehicle seat tester empowers OEMs to implement comprehensive quality assurance for their vehicle seats. This universal tester can quickly be adapted to the requirements of new vehicle programs, such as acoustic testing for fully and partially electric or mechanical seats, or seat occupancy detection using existing seat occupancy sensors / mats (Body Sense / CIS / SBR / PODS).

The new CARoLINE series uses multi-channel sound measurements to assess the manufacturing quality of mechatronic vehicle components. CARoLINE smart consists of sensors (e.g., structure-borne sound sensors or microphones), modules for data acquisition, and evaluation software.

Our new Battery test bench has a power range of 1 to 500 kW, supporting test voltages of up to 1200 V DC and currents of up to 800 A DC. Insulation tests can be carried out with up to 7kV. This test solution is also designed to be highly energy-efficient thanks to its ability to feed energy back into the grid or into other batteries.
