Rafayel holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering and computer science and has over 15 years of experience in automation, hardware systems and startup leadership. He spent eight years as a hardware and systems engineer at Synopsys and National Instruments before founding and leading Rafa Solutions (CSIA/ISO certified), a systems integration company that served global clients including Boeing, Lockheed Martin and ThermoFisher. In 2022 he co-founded Tactun, a venture-backed startup building the first no-code AI-powered controller platform for machinery manufacturers. Rafayel is passionate about reshaping how industrial machines are designed, configured and operated, bridging hardware, AI and user experience.
